About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll strive to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents. You'll oversee a team of Care Assistants and collaborate with the Deputy General Manager to ensure exceptional care standards. Your role will also involve supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, and care plans. You'll maintain a warm and welcoming environment while respecting the dignity and preferences of our residents.

About You
We're looking for compassionate and committed individuals with an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You'll have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and be passionate about delivering individualised care and support. With ongoing training opportunities, you'll have the chance to develop your career with us.
