Job Summary


As a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager at Thames Water, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and the safety of our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective health, safety, and wellbeing strategies that meet the company's goals and regulations.


Key Responsibilities



  • Work with senior management to develop and implement health, safety, and wellbeing policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, and regulators.
  • Provide training and support to employees on health, safety, and wellbeing practices.
  • Monitor and report on health, safety, and wellbeing metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives.

Requirements



  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in health, safety, and wellbeing management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and wellbeing legislation and regulations.
