Assistant Manager - Fashion Retail Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at a brand-new store for a trend-led premium fashion brand. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing a service-focused team, and running retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and motivate your team to deliver high service levels and sales with a customer-first approach
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to maintain a clear and strong brand image
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to manage and control costs, and influence commercial decisions
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced retail professional with a passion for fashion and customer service. You will have a proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
