About the Role

RSM UK is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As a key member of the People team, you will provide a commercial HR service to our Tax service line, managing HR service delivery and supporting all elements of the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide generalist HR advice in areas including line management development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment and selection, wellbeing and absence support, appraisals, policies and procedures, and projects.
  • Support with annual bonus and salary review processes, and ensure all correspondence and related administration is managed in a timely manner.
  • Investigate disciplinary and grievance cases, conduct redundancy and general consultations, and undertake investigations in relation to grievances, disciplinaries, and capability matters.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition leads to recruit experienced hires, and provide advice and support to line managers and members of staff in relation to mental health and other absence.
  • Attend and manage appraisal moderation meetings, and provide advice to line managers in relation to giving constructive feedback, coaching, and setting appropriate objectives.
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled HR professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a generalist role. You should have experience of investigating disciplinary and grievance cases, conducting redundancy and general consultations, and liaising with and managing stakeholders at all levels.

You should be able to provide excellent organisational skills, client service skills, and communication skills, both written and spoken. Passionate about HR, you should be able to work independently from a line manager and have experience of working in a multi-sited environment.
