As a talented Lead UX-UI Designer, you'll be responsible for leading the UI/UX team and collaborating with creative and engineering teams to create an unparalleled player experience.

Job Description

This role reports directly to the Creative Manager and requires strong leadership skills to define and implement user flows from initial wireframes and prototypes to final in-game assets. You will ensure all assets are delivered against agreed technical specifications, meeting quality standards and functioning as intended within the game engine.

  • Collaborate with Art, Design, and Engineering teams to shape features and deliver a player-centric UI/UX experience.
  • Work closely with the Creative Teams to establish the visual identity and vision for EVE Vanguard.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Expert knowledge of working directly in Unreal Engine.
  • Strong core skills in graphic design, branding, iconography, typography, colour theory, and composition.
  • In-depth knowledge of UX principles and their applications.
  • Experience in formulating and implementing UX strategies.
  • Expert knowledge of industry-standard 2D software, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
  • A thorough understanding of industry-standard pipelines and workflows from initial asset creation to implementation within the game engine.
  • Experience working on multiplayer or live-service games.
  • Knowledge of motion design or animation for UI elements.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and practices in game design, particularly for multiplayer games.
