Role Overview:

This is a unique opportunity to shape the user experience for our next-generation cloud services. As a key member of the evroc Console team, you'll lead UX design projects, defining user experiences that drive business growth and user satisfaction.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive interfaces, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in cloud technology. Your expertise will help establish best practices, ensuring seamless user interactions across our products.

Your Impact:

  • Designing End-to-End UX Solutions: Develop comprehensive UX strategies, from research to deployment, to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Advocating for UX Standards: Establish and promote UX best practices within the company, fostering a culture of user-centered design.
  • Collaborating Across Teams: Partner with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to integrate design principles into product development.
  • User Research and Testing: Conduct thorough research and usability testing to inform design decisions, driving continuous improvement.

You'll be responsible for creating innovative interfaces that balance simplicity, usability, and efficiency for diverse user groups. By contributing to the development of our design system, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a consistent visual language across all products.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll bring a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX design, particularly in complex cloud-based solutions or SaaS products. Your proficiency in UX design principles, methodologies, and tools will enable you to drive business outcomes through user-centric design.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UX design, with a focus on cloud-based solutions or SaaS products.
  • User-Centered Design: Proven expertise in UX design principles, methodologies, and processes.
  • Design Tools: Advanced skills in design and prototyping tools, with a keen eye for detail and visual hierarchy.
  • Front-End Technologies: Familiarity with TypeScript and frameworks like Svelte or React, with a solid background in JavaScript frameworks.
  • API and Cloud Integration Knowledge: Understanding of cloud services and API-driven architectures.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze user feedback, behavior analytics, and other data to inform design direction.
  • Scalable Design Systems: Experience building or working within a scalable system, contributing to a cohesive experience across product offerings.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and decisions clearly.
