About the Opportunity

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer to lead our residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop residential projects from initiation to completion.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a UK-based practice as a Part 1 or Part 2 Architectural Assistant.
  • Proven track record of working through all RIBA stages.
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations and codes of practice.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fully qualified driving licence is essential for frequent site visits.
  • Must reside within Essex.
Benefits
