Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at International People Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing an international client portfolio and driving revenue growth through effective account management and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow client usage of our services and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Organize quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
  • Collaborate with the product team to resolve client issues and provide solutions
  • Work closely with the COO to set up and manage sales workflows and organizational processes
  • Identify and implement sales tools and platforms to drive business growth
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a focus on customer relationship and account management
  • Experience selling SAAS and mobile advertising, ideally in the mobile gaming industry
  • Knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem, particularly user acquisition
  • Experience working in a fast-paced international and multicultural environment
  • Proficiency in Hubspot and other sales/Customer Success/project management tools
  • Experience managing a CSM or account management team
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and think critically
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing demands
  • Exhibits integrity, humility, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
  • Fluent in English, with another European language a plus
