We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Paraplanner/Client Manager to join our team at mbf, a professional Private Client Wealth Management organization and Family Office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Planners, Wealth Managers, and clients by providing high-quality paraplanning services and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service Delivery: Deliver outstanding client service, ensuring client needs are met with precision and accuracy.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical research, recommendations, and advice to Client Partners, supporting them in delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Mentorship and Development: Act as a mentor to junior team members, contributing to the continuous improvement of company standards and processes.
  • Client Case Management: Manage and coordinate client cases, ensuring all business is processed accurately and in a timely manner, with support from administrative colleagues.
  • Client Ownership: Take ownership of client work, reducing hand-offs, and becoming the trusted first point of contact for clients throughout their experience.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and act as a line of defence for quality assurance.
Requirements
  • Organized, proactive, and self-motivated individual with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Knowledge of High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients and their financial needs.
  • Strong understanding of private banking, financial markets, and tax structures.
  • Experience in paraplanning, with a focus on research, analysis, and suitability recommendations.
  • Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Technical proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Commitment to professional development, ideally qualified to Level 4 or studying towards higher financial qualifications.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary, with a typical range of £40,000 to £55,000 plus bonus and benefits.
  • Hybrid flexible working arrangement.
