About the Role:

As a teaching assistant with Supply Desk, you will work under the guidance of teaching and senior staff to implement agreed work programmes with individuals or groups of pupils. Your responsibilities will include supporting teachers with lesson planning, preparing resources, and leading whole classes during the teacher's non-contact time or in their short-term absence.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role and a passion for working with children who have special educational needs. You will be a team player, able to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to provide a high-quality learning experience for all pupils.
