Job Summary:
">">We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at Combined Facilities Management Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering maintenance repairs, ensuring repair requests are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively whilst providing a first-class service to our customers.

About the Role:
">">This role will provide a plumbing service for construction and maintenance in domestic, commercial and industrial buildings while upholding safety guidelines and complying with codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
">">* Working on void and tenanted properties
">* Collaborating with other team members to provide a courteous and considerate service to clients and tenants
">* Residential plumbing and heating fault finding
">* Repairs, replacements and servicing of plumbing systems
">* Installation of toilets, baths, basins, cold water storage systems, etc.
">* Legionella testing
">* Ensuring areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day

Requirements:
">">* Be time served or appropriately qualified and able to demonstrate relevant experience
">* Previous experience working within the construction industry
">* Knowledge of domestic & commercial plumbing systems
">* Evidence of delivering high levels of customer service
">* Valid CSR Card
