We are recruiting for a Motor Claims Professional to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of claims.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in commercial motor claims handling, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage their workload effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims from inception to settlement
  • Maintain accurate data on relevant case management systems
  • Comply with set client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensure quality service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard

**Benefits**

At Davies, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including:

  • 25 days annual leave, increasing to 26 days after 5 years and 27 days after 10 years
  • Pension scheme with 5% employee contribution and 5% employer match
  • Life assurance: x4 base salary
  • Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid and remote work options
