Your Role

As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and respect. You'll work closely with colleagues to develop and implement person-centred care plans, ensuring individual needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements
  • Experience in a care setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional care
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a culture of kindness and respect
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
