Maintenance and Cleaning Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning and Facilities Supervisor to join our team at Robertson Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities- Maintain and supervise the performance of cleaning staff in line with contractual KPIs.
- Liaise with the Soft Services Manager to provide cover for overtime, annual leave, and absence.
- Allocate work and quality control, check work schedules, and resolve problems.
- Ensure compliance with site waste management procedures and RFM practices.
- Experience in cleaning in a commercial capacity.
- Team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Good customer care skills and ability to exercise initiative.
- Awareness of COSHH regulations and Health & Safety best practices.
