Coperion (formerly Schenck Process Food and Performance Materials) is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in proposal generation, bid submission, costing, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities- Review information provided by our Sales teams within different Group companies and provide feedback on outstanding information requirements.
- Interface with customers (or colleagues) to understand their technical needs and provide technical support.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training utilizing local technology centers.
- Participate in our sales reporting (with our CRM) and provide feedback loop on won and lost opportunities.
- Be active in our continuous improvement projects.
- Background and/or experience in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in Mechanical Design, or in Quotation, Pre-Sales, technical sales support.
- Food & Beverage, O&G, Pharmaceuticals industry experience.
- Ability to use 3D drawing packages and PLM Software, but also CRM systems.
