About the Role

Coperion, a leading provider of processing and handling solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Milling Technology Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and process responsibility across a range of applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical review and response to RFQs, ensuring all technical requirements are met and clearly communicated to the customer.
  • Providing technical solutions to customers, addressing their specific needs and challenges in the bulk solids and powders industries.
  • Developing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of Milling technology, staying updated with the latest advancements and trends in the bulk solids and powders industries specific to milling applications.
  • Collaborating with the engineering and R&D teams to ensure our offerings are competitive and meet the needs of the industry and application.
  • Supporting our Global & EMEA Sales teams by providing technical insights and guidance.
  • Working with Technology Centre, conducting technical presentations and demonstrations for customers and sales teams, showcasing our capabilities and solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Sales Manager or similar role in the Milling technology industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of Milling technology within the bulk solids and powders industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze and understand competition technology and pricing strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical solutions to customers.
