Maxwells Accountants is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, prioritising tasks, and driving the tax return process. The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored advice.
  • You will be responsible for preparing tax returns and computations, as well as managing client portfolios and prioritising tasks.
  • You will be a proactive and valued member of our team, contributing to our success and growth.
  • The position is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, but we consider part-time with a minimum of 20 hours.
  • 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days plus bank holidays after 5 years' service.
  • Opportunity to carry over 1 week's holiday into the following holiday year.
