Safety and Compliance Specialist

At YTL UK, we are seeking a highly skilled Safety and Compliance Specialist to contribute to the success of our team at Hinkley Point C.

About the Role:
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and interpret safety, health, environment, and quality data for reporting purposes and to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions based on data analysis and audit findings.
  • Policy Development and Maintenance: Assist in the development and maintenance of safety, health, environment, and quality management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to safety, health, environment.
Key Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, or statistical analysis.
  • Microsoft Packages: Proficient in all Microsoft packages – Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present data and insights to stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including 25 days' holiday rising to 28 with length of service (Pro Rata).
