Trainee Residential Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Residential Surveyor. As a Trainee, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company and developing your skills in residential surveying and valuation.

About the Role

As a Trainee Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting experienced surveyors in conducting property inspections, gathering data, and providing reports. You will also have the opportunity to work on a wide range of property types and scenarios, developing your knowledge and skills in residential surveying and valuation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist experienced surveyors in conducting property inspections and gathering data
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of residential surveying and valuation principles and practices
  • Provide reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Eligibility for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
  • Strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
