Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Centre Manager to join our team at Micheldever Group. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver excellent sales and customer service, while also coordinating workload and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operation and daily running of the depot
- Oversee the maintenance of stock values within the centre
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to
- Maintain documents in adherence with company policies and procedures
- Maximise workflow through the workshop to achieve maximum efficiencies
- Create and foster a positive customer service experience
- Assist with training and mentoring of employees
Requirements
- Commercial experience with a proven background within the retail and/or automotive sector
- Ability to lead and manage a team of individuals
- Ability to demonstrate success at in developing and maintaining a positive sales culture
- Strong customer focus with the ability to encourage the team to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience
- Experience in maximising sales whilst controlling costs, compliance with centre and management standards
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage workloads effectively
- Proven ability to lead and coach a team to deliver and complete tasks within an agreed time scale
- Ability to lead from the front to promote our core values, principles and high standards throughout the business
- Willingness to constantly develop and improve your own performance
