Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail branch, focusing on maximizing sales and profit through efficient management of the store. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £27,500 per annum, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including a company pension scheme, BUPA insurance, and attractive discounts.

Responsibilities:
* Review sales turnover with Operations Manager and maintain maximum efforts to achieve agreed sales budgets
* Ensure all information is communicated to team members effectively
* Review overhead budgets with Operations Manager and provide relevant information for decision-making
* Maintain high standards of branch housekeeping and take responsibility for maintenance of fixtures, fittings, and property
* Recruit staff in accordance with Company standards and branch requirements in consultation with Operations Manager and Personnel Department
* Ensure customers receive a high standard of service in line with the Five Star Service Agreement.

About the Role:
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the branch to a high standard, ensuring security protocols are followed, and taking full responsibility for stock take results. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to review sales turnover and overhead budgets, providing valuable insights for business growth.
