Xeinadin Group, a leading business advisory and accountancy firm, is seeking an experienced Financial Services Accountant to join our team. This role will be based in the UK or Ireland and offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified accountant with expertise in financial services, including accounts preparation, tax returns, management accounts, VAT returns, payroll, and review work. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting software such as Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a dynamic portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting and submissions.
  • Preparation and submission of year-end accounts, Corporation Tax Computations, VAT Returns, and Confirmation Statements with precision and efficiency.
  • Building strong relationships with new and established clients, overseeing client payroll on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Managing client expectations and arranging closing meetings to finalise accounts.
  • Utilising expertise in accounting software to streamline processes and enhance client experiences.

Requirements

  1. The successfully appointed individual will be a qualified practice accountant (ACCA/ACA/AAT) or qualified by experience.
