Job Purpose:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional client service standards are consistently met.
  • Effectively manage a portfolio of corporate clients within budget parameters, proactively addressing any critical issues that may arise.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive assignment plans, confirm costs with clients, and guarantee the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Cultivate in-depth technical expertise, provide guidance to junior staff members, and adhere to the highest professional standards.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, conducting thorough reviews of their work to ensure accuracy and adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

  • Possession of an ACA / ACCA qualification
  • Strong understanding of UK financial reporting standards and principles
  • Proven experience in complex consolidations and financial reporting processes
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and value-adding skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively manage and motivate teams
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in CCH AP, Microsoft Word & Excel, and Sage Line 50 accounting software

  • Knowledge of Corporate Taxation principles and practices
