Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our team in the production of a major RC frame project in Glasgow. The successful candidate will have experience in planning and executing large-scale construction projects, with a strong focus on ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and safety protocols.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and manage materials, plant, and tool storage facilities, maintaining accurate records and minimizing waste.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of work packages, adhering to project timelines and budgets.

**Requirements:**
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably on large-scale projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory frameworks, particularly in relation to RC frame construction.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive project success.
• Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
