We are a leading construction, asset management and project investment business with a team of over 2,000 people.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to help us deliver key projects in the Glasgow area.
Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per year.
Job DescriptionReporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing building projects or assisting on larger schemes.
You will need to have demonstrable experience in a similar position with a main contractor.
- Manage site staff efficiently.
- Plan and organise site operations to meet agreed programmes.
- Assist in developing construction programmes.
- Monitor programme progress.
- Supervise site labour and subcontractors.
We are looking for someone with:
- A construction management degree and/or trade background.
- Good IT skills and experience using computerised accounting systems and Excel.
