Senior Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Adults Social Services team in South West London.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a statutory health or social care setting, undertaking complex OT assessments and interventions, including moving and handling risk assessments.

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will provide operational and motivational leadership of staff, as well as supervision and case management, guidance, support, and expert advice to Occupational Therapy and social care staff.

You will also hold a small caseload of complex cases, requiring a person-centred, flexible approach to care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to Occupational Therapy and social care staff
  • Undertake complex OT assessments and interventions, including moving and handling risk assessments
  • Hold a small caseload of complex cases, requiring a person-centred approach

Requirements:

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC Registration
  • Experience of working in a statutory health or social care setting
