Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join our team at Blakemore Recruitment. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial services team with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issuing letters of authority to providers and writing suitability letters
- Providing exceptional technical and administrative support to clients, maintaining a high level of customer service
- Telephone liaison with administration centers and paraplanners, chasing financial institutions for requested information
- Completing illustrations and applications for new business
- Processing new business applications and chasing through to completion
- Ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrator in a financial services or wealth management environment
- Excellent IT and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and make decisions
- Confidence in dealing with third parties and ability to work with discretion
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
