Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join our team at Blakemore Recruitment. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial services team with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issuing letters of authority to providers and writing suitability letters
  • Providing exceptional technical and administrative support to clients, maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Telephone liaison with administration centers and paraplanners, chasing financial institutions for requested information
  • Completing illustrations and applications for new business
  • Processing new business applications and chasing through to completion
  • Ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an administrator in a financial services or wealth management environment
  • Excellent IT and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Confidence in dealing with third parties and ability to work with discretion
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
