Home Care Support Worker

As a Home Care Support Worker for Medequip Connect, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable clients across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and be part of a team that prioritizes care and support.
Job Description:Our ideal candidate will have a caring and empathetic nature, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. You will respond to alarm calls from clients, assess their needs, and provide or facilitate appropriate support. This may include undertaking last resort personal care when necessary, promoting our service in local communities, and dealing with referrals and maintenance requests.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A responsible and caring nature
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work independently
- A full UK driving licence
- No specific experience is necessary, but a flexible approach and willingness to learn are essential
