Support Worker for Young People with Complex Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in a residential setting for young people with complex needs. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the individuals in our care to develop their skills and become independent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities and take responsibility for their own lives.
- Maintain a safe and homely environment for the individuals in our care.
- Provide personal care and support as needed.
- Support individuals to promote their independence and well-being.
Requirements:
- Experience working as an adult support worker in a similar setting is desirable.
- NVQ or QCF level 3 in Adult Social Care.
- A passion for supporting people living with complex needs.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
