Job Summary:

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and supporting the well-being and development of our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to children with complex needs
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and report any concerns

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work 24-hour shifts and a rolling rota of 2 shifts on 4 off
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic towards children with complex needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care
  • 1 or more years of experience working with children with disabilities and/or challenging behavior
