HVAC Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) professional to join our team as a permanent employee in Cambridge and East Anglia.

This role requires a seasoned technician to undertake various tasks, including:

• Carrying out HVAC maintenance works, including preventive servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning building services systems and infrastructure.
• Adjusting Building Management System (BMS) settings to resolve temperature issues.
• Performing mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valves, etc.
• Completing minor installation work and engaging with stakeholders to provide fault diagnostics as necessary.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A recognized NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning.
• F-GAS 2079 CAT1 certification.
• Proven experience in building maintenance.
• The ability to work at height, on roofs, up steps, and ladders, and in Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs).
• The ability to work with and control of the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system via iPad.

Estimated Salary:** £40,000 per annum, based on industry standards for this position in the specified location. The salary range is competitive and will depend on individual experience.
