Amazon is seeking highly skilled individuals to fill the role of a Military Management Degree Apprentice. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The salary for this position is approximately £30,000 per year, plus benefits.

As a Military Management Degree Apprentice, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of one or more processes across our operation, leading a small team of up to 20 on your shift. You will also dedicate 20% of your working time to Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship studies, attending seminars, writing assignments, and completing other 'off-the-job' learning activities.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent customer-facing skills and be able to deliver impeccable customer service. You should also be flexible, adaptable, and proactive, with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications for this position include holding two A levels at grade 'C' or above (or equivalent), plus a minimum of two years' experience working in a supervisory role. You must also be eligible for government funding, have lived in the UK or EU for the last 3 years, have the right to work in the UK, and be a resident of the UK for the entire duration of the programme (36 months).
