  • Uphold company standards and procedures at all times.
  • Maintain accurate stock information and follow store-to-store transfer procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Identify and develop the skills and abilities of colleagues to improve performance and productivity.
  • Deliver regular touch-base meetings with the supervision of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
  • Ensure all procedures are followed when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is not available.
