Facilities Management Leadership Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Supervisor to join our team at the University Hospitals Bristol & Weston NHS Foundation Trust. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and patient care within our hospitals.
Key Responsibilities- Managing staff according to Trust policies and procedures, including absence management, annual leave, and performance monitoring.
- Supporting new employees in their induction process.
- Demonstrating flexibility to undertake a range of tasks as required.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and knowledge in facilities management, with access to training and development opportunities.
What We Offer- A competitive basic salary of £24,071 - £25,674 per annum, plus a range of benefits including local and national discounts, industry leading pension scheme, and 7k per annum + 27 + 8 days Annual leave.
- An opportunity to obtain a Level 3 Diploma in Facilities Management from the British Institute of Facilities Management.
