About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ISO Consultant/ISO Auditor to join our team at Citation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in helping businesses thrive through quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite and remote consultancy for ISO Certification, guiding clients through the process and ensuring compliance with ISO Standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive audits to identify gaps and offer actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Deliver internal audit training to empower clients to conduct effective internal audits and maintain ISO Certification.
  • Promote and cross-sell our range of services to clients, identifying opportunities to offer additional solutions that drive their success and business growth.
  • Adapt to client needs, tailoring your approach to meet unique challenges and help clients achieve their strategic goals.
Requirements

We are looking for dynamic professionals with a positive outlook who thrive on change and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will have experience in conducting audits, preferably externally, and be ready to travel within their region to meet client needs and submission deadlines.

Key skills required include strong client liaison and negotiation abilities, high computer literacy, and the ability to produce high-quality outputs in line with service standards.
