We're seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Riverside Inn team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for supporting and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coach your team to achieve high standards of customer service
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in your absence
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and cared for
