Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare mise en place for all relevant menus ahead of service, ensuring all areas of the kitchen are clean and hazard-free.
  • Support the Chefs de Partie in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, achieving all departmental targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient service.
