About the Position:

This Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to make a difference in the lives of students in a Key Stage 2 class in Hackney. Key Responsibilities:

The Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant will provide tailored support to students with behavioural and learning needs, both individually and in small groups. This will involve creating a positive classroom environment that promotes engagement and progress, encouraging the development of key social and emotional skills, and monitoring student progress.


Requirements:
  • Experience working in schools, particularly in Key Stage 2
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
  • Ability to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school setting
