Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care: Provide individualized personal nursing care to patients, adhering to the Essence of Care standards.
- Collaborate with registered nurses: Work closely with registered nurses to carry out instructions, report patient concerns, and document care delivered.
- Participate in emergency situations: Respond appropriately to clinical emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely and effective care.
- Adhere to Trust policies: Be aware of and adhere to all Trust policies, procedures, and nursing guidelines when undertaking activities.
- Support patient admission: Make patients welcome to the clinical area, participating in the admission process under the supervision of registered staff.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Care/Health and Social Care
- Skills: Ability to accurately document care delivered, maintain confidentiality, and respond to clinical emergencies
