Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team in Totton, working closely with our Estate Agency colleagues to provide expert advice and support to customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support, ensuring seamless customer experience throughout the mortgage process.
  • Attract new customers and business, driving sales growth and achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment.
  • Provide expert advice on a range of mortgage products and services, meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Participate in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships with colleagues.

Requirements

  • Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
