Job Description: As a Contracts Manager at Peak Safety Services Ltd, you will be responsible for managing construction projects, site personnel, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will work closely with the project team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. With a strong background in construction management and excellent leadership skills, you will drive project success while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include project planning, procurement, risk management, and reporting. You will also be responsible for managing site personnel, allocating HS&E responsibilities, and developing relationship with clients and external customers. Additionally, you will participate in the tendering process, implement environmental and health & safety management procedures, and develop risk registers and contract programmes.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have a full clean driving license, experience in a similar role within the construction industry, and excellent management and leadership skills. You should be flexible with working hours and able to work in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of commercial policies and procedures is also essential.

Salary and Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary of £43,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and professional development.
