Bannatyne Health Club is seeking a motivated and passionate Fitness Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Fitness Advisor, you will play a key role in inspiring and transforming the lives of our members.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is £23,493 (based on 24 hours per week at £11.44 per hour).
About the RoleWe are looking for a qualified and experienced Fitness Advisor to lead group fitness classes, provide one-on-one training sessions, and offer personalized fitness assessments and workout plans to our members.
Responsibilities:
- Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one training sessions
- Provide personalized fitness assessments and develop tailored workout plans for members
- Offer guidance on exercise techniques, equipment usage, and overall wellness
- Motivate and support members in achieving their fitness goals
- Ensure the fitness area is safe, clean, and well-maintained
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques to provide cutting-edge advice
- Promote Bannatyne's services, special offers, and membership packages to enhance the member experience
- Monitor and drive performance to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
To be successful as a Fitness Advisor, you will need to have:
- Qualified in REPs Level 2
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service
- The ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility
- The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
