About the Role:

We are recruiting an accomplished leader to take charge of our Commercial Disputes department at eNL, a forward-thinking law firm in Oxford.

The Ideal Candidate:

A strong commercial acumen is required to helm our established team. The successful candidate will have a proven track-record of working effectively within a busy Commercial Disputes environment, providing straightforward and knowledgeable advice to clients. Leadership skills are essential, as they will be responsible for engaging and supporting a team of quality lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage the Commercial Disputes team to achieve business objectives.
  • To develop and implement effective strategies for team growth and development.
  • To provide expert advice to clients on commercial litigation matters.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure the team is equipped to handle complex cases.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Proven experience in commercial litigation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
