About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Leader to join our team at Humres - Construction Recruitment Specialists.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing FRAEW reports and organizing necessary investigations during PCSA. Your technical knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and industry standards will be essential in identifying potential defects and compliance issues in existing builds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and overseeing detailed investigations into existing building conditions
  • Coordinating with engineers, surveyors, and other specialists
  • Gathering critical information from site inspections, surveys, and historical data
  • Analysing findings to identify key issues and trends
  • Issuing relevant information to other stakeholders
  • Effectively communicating investigation findings to project managers, design teams, and clients
  • Producing clear, comprehensive reports that summarise investigation outcomes
  • Ensuring investigations and reports adhere to current building codes, regulations, and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in data management software, report writing tools, and project management platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address issues uncovered during investigations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously and prioritize tasks
