About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Leader to join our team at Humres - Construction Recruitment Specialists.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing FRAEW reports and organizing necessary investigations during PCSA. Your technical knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and relevant industry standards will be essential in identifying potential defects and compliance issues in existing builds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and overseeing detailed investigations into existing building conditions, coordinating with engineers, surveyors, and other specialists.
  • Gathering critical information from site inspections, surveys, and historical data, analyzing findings to identify key issues and trends.
  • Effectively communicating investigation findings to project managers, design teams, and clients, ensuring all relevant parties are informed.
  • Producing clear, comprehensive reports that summarize investigation outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensuring investigations and reports adhere to current building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in data management software, report writing tools, and project management platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues uncovered during investigations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
