About the Job

Are you a motivated and organised individual with a passion for delivering excellent results? Do you have experience in managing teams and driving performance targets? We are seeking a Stockroom Management Specialist to join our operations team at NEXT.

As a Stockroom Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe, and high-performance environment. You will work closely with the sales floors and store management team to ensure smooth running of stockroom processes and continuously improve standards.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams, with a proven track record of driving performance targets and improving operational efficiency. You will be responsible for:

  1. Managing a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation
  2. Demonstrating a hands-on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team, supporting the sales floors and store management team when needed
  3. Ensuring smooth running of stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying and solving problems - driving the highest stockroom and stock processing standards
  4. Always striving to ensure our beautifully presented stock is available to our customers as soon as possible
