Campus Operations Librarian Manager

Coventry University is seeking an experienced academic librarian to manage library services at our central London campus.
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled professional to lead a small team of staff providing customer support and resource management. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating course and module reading lists, overseeing the library assistant team, and working closely with the Library and Academic Skills team, Digital Services, and academic departments.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing or supervising a frontline library service, managing a team of staff, and using technology, particularly Microsoft packages, and library management solutions such as Ex Libris and Alma. Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to improving the student experience are essential.
