- Experience: Proven experience in working with individuals experiencing homelessness or in a similar supportive role.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Understanding: Understanding of the issues related to homelessness, including social, economic, and psychological factors.
- Commitment: A commitment to supporting individuals in their recovery journey, with a non-judgmental and client-centered approach.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Certification: Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months. On the update service? You could be fast-tracked through our recruitment process today.
