About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and creative individual to join our Inpatient Activity Coordinator team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a wide healthcare team to create individualized activity timetables that promote mental, emotional, and physical health.
  • Deliver and facilitate 1:1 and group activities that meet a range of needs for inpatients, including physical, mental, and social wellbeing.
  • Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team, including Medical, Nursing, Therapy, and Psychology staff, as well as Wellbeing and Engagement Officers.
  • Develop and implement creative and engaging activities that promote recovery and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience of facilitating activities or group work.
  • Good knowledge of mental health issues.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate all of our trust values.
