About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and creative individual to join our Inpatient Activity Coordinator team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As an Inpatient Activity Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering and facilitating activities that promote mental, emotional, and physical health for our inpatients.

You will work closely with a wide healthcare team to create individualised activity timetables that cater to the diverse needs of our patients. Your creativity, compassion, and organisational skills will help transform the inpatient experience, making a positive impact on recovery and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and facilitate 1:1 and group activities that promote mental, emotional, and physical health
  • Collaborate with a wide healthcare team to create individualised activity timetables
  • Support patients with various activities, including bingo, art projects, and games
  • Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team, including Medical, Nursing, Therapy, and Psychology staff
  • Contribute to a supportive and dynamic work environment
